How our guarantees work
This page lists every guarantee Missing Exhibitors offers, with its conditions, together with our refund and cancellation rules. A promise that is not on this page or in your order confirmation is not a guarantee we make. No guarantee pays you more money than you paid us: a guarantee is honoured as a refund of what you paid, as credit toward our work, or as more work.
Our guarantees
Commission only on net-new paid contracts
What we promise: For a Net-new exhibitor campaign there is no up-front fee, and nothing is owed otherwise: you owe commission (20% of the first contract value) only on the first contract for the campaign's show of a net-new company we introduced, once your association has received payment for it.
Conditions: A company counts only if it is on none of the lists your order confirmation names: your list of exhibitors and sponsors for your shows in the 24 months before acceptance, which you email us at acceptance; your in-talks list, emailed with it at acceptance; and the public exhibitor and sponsor lists of your last two editions of the show, which we save, dated, before the first send. It also counts only if our campaign email to it was delivered and recorded in the dated lead log we send you each week. You report each lead-log company that contracted, with its contract value and payment date, by the 10th of each month, as your order confirmation states.
What you get: No commission on any company that misses the baseline, the introduction or the window. A fee you paid on a company later shown by those documents not to qualify is refunded in full within 30 days.
Time limit: A company is attributed only when its contract is signed between the date of our first delivered email to it and the show's opening day, and never more than 12 months after that email.
How to claim: Reply to the commission statement, or email hello@missingexhibitors.com, naming the company and the document that shows it does not qualify: the lists above, our dated send log, or your association's written record.
Who decides: The documents decide, by email: whether a company is net-new, by the lists above; whether it was introduced, by our dated send log; its value and payment date, by your association's written record. No other evidence and no one's judgment changes an outcome.
Most you can receive: Every commission fee you paid on companies those documents show did not qualify.
Refunds
If you ask for your money back, we first offer to credit what you paid toward a redo or another of our offers. If you still want a refund, we refund what you paid. We make that offer once and do not press it, and a refund is never more than you paid. Refunds go back by the method you paid with.
Cancellation
Net-new exhibitor campaign: you may cancel a campaign at any time by replying CANCEL to any email from us, or by emailing hello@missingexhibitors.com with the word CANCEL. We confirm the cancellation by email, and sending stops within 2 business days. Commission stays due only on companies introduced (emailed) before the cancellation date that then meet every term of your order; nothing else is owed. If you cancel before our first send, nothing is owed.
Claims and requests
To claim a guarantee, ask for a refund, or cancel, email hello@missingexhibitors.com or reply to any email from us. We reply by email within 2 business days, and we tell you in writing what we decided and why, naming any condition that was not met.
